Meet Segun Awolowo

Segun Awolowo is a passionate agent of change and a strong believer in incremental progress. His success story has proven that with hard work and consistency, greatness is achievable from small beginnings, no matter the odds, challenges or limitations faced. His lifelong philosophy is ‘start small, grow tall and get big.’

Segun was driven by his strong passion for enterprise to start Stretch International Ltd – an audiovisual company in 2004. Today, Stretch has grown to become one of the leading audiovisual companies in Nigeria.

He has worked with both great and small organizations and has handled several projects within and outside the country, fulfilling his passion.

Stretch International emerged as Africa’s Most Trusted Quality Audiovisuals Company in 2016 & 2017. He also won The Best Global Quality Audiovisual Company of the year 2016 & 2017 awards. He also won the Award of Excellence as Leading Audiovisual Company in Nigeria and the coveted Distinguished Leadership award from the prestigious Center for Leadership and Good Governance International.

Segun is a member of International Resource Center, USA, Institute of Enterprise Management and Analytics, African Chief Executive Officer Business Network and Lagos Business Club. He is the host and Organizer of “Economic and Empowerment Conference” and ” Purpose and Leadership summit“.

An eloquent speaker and prolific author; Segun authored the popular ‘The Budding CEO’ and ‘The Budding Millionaire’ among many other titles to his credit.  He also wrote Don’t be Stupid, “Fulfillment and Adversity, Go and Sell Your Goods, God is not just the Alpha and Omega, You need Help, Relevance and Appearance, Trust and Money, Business Digest and several others.”

Segun is an erudite scholar with impressive academic milestones. He’s a trained Electrical/Electronic Engineer. He holds a degree in Religious Philosophy from the prestigious Evangel Christian University of America, USA and a Master’s in Business Administration from Metropolitan School of Business and Management – UK.

Segun is a Fellow of The Institute of Brand Management of Nigeria. He has also attended several other courses on leadership, customer service and other areas.
